Whether you've already heard of it or are just discovering it... Château de Fayolle, this jewel dating from the 17th and 19th centuries nestled in the heart of the Périgord Vert region in the commune of Tocane Saint Apre, is starting a new life under the auspices of a project as audacious as it is exciting!
The project? To transform this site steeped in history into a vibrant center of culture and tourism. Imagine grandiose events combining theater, culture and entertainment, all in an exceptional historic setting! This is the crazy but very real gamble of Florence and Grégory Mangeret, the visionary couple who acquired Château de Fayolle in March 2024.
Florence and Grégory Mangeret, the new owners: a fascinating duo!
At the crossroads of authenticity and ambition, Florence and Grégory are the beating heart of the Château de Fayolle renovation project.
Florence, a native of the region, has built her life around the values of caring and sharing. After a professional career rich in encounters and experiences, from the restaurant business to the organization of Les Voyages de Flo language stays (an activity she still pursues today), Florence was keen to return to her native land and become socially and culturally involved.
As for Grégory, he is the embodiment of creativity and ambition. His career path, which began in the hustle and bustle of the major media, led him in 2014 to found his own company specializing in the production of consumer events, Les Productions Adonis (LPA). Today, Les Productions Adonis is at the heart of large-scale, high-profile projects in the entertainment and cultural sectors.
Les Productions Adonis will spearhead artistic and cultural events at the château. The company's long-standing philosophy of "making culture entertaining" fits perfectly with the spirit of the Fayolle project!
Les Productions Adonis means millions of visitors to successful exhibitions such as "Tutankhamun, The Treasure of the Pharaoh" in 2019 and "Ramses and the Gold of the Pharaohs" in 2023.
Les Productions Adonis also means the production of comedians since 2021 with Alexis Le Rossignol, Willy Rovelli, Alex Fredo, Lisa Delmoitiez...
Les Productions Adonis is also Visites-Spectacles! Supported by a troupe of 40 professional comedians, Visites-Spectacles offers a sparkling, fun and original approach to (re)discovering the most emblematic places in Paris, such as Montmartre, the Passages Couverts, the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Père Lachaise Cemetery...

Château de Fayolle is fascinating in many ways!
According to the research of our local historian, the works of Alfred de Musset would have resonated within the walls of this theater, which can accommodate up to 100 spectators.
With its antique woodwork and old-world charm, this hidden gem is one of the château's treasures. Don't miss it when you visit Château de Fayolle!
At Château de Fayolle, every nook and cranny has been designed to amaze, from the period theater to the majestic salons, not forgetting the rooms, each more beautiful than the last.
What better way to experience the magic of history than to take part in an actor-led tour of the château's centuries-old corridors? Good news: from July 5 to September 1, 2024, you'll be able to enjoy our storytelling and theatrical tour in costume, hosted by none other than Léo Drouyn [1816-1896], the castle's famous architect, before restoration work begins. Immerse yourself in a unique adventure!
Not only will you be able to visit part of the Château de Fayolle's interior as it was before the renovation work was carried out, but you'll also be able to help save and embellish it. All proceeds from the tours will go towards the many restorations needed on this jewel of Périgord heritage.
A dynamic, social and cultural impetus for the Ribéracois region
As you can see, the project initiated by Florence and Grégory is not just about the château itself; it's an initiative that breathes life into the Ribéracois region.
By attracting visitors from all over, they hope to contribute to the social and economic development of the region. Each activity will be designed to create links, enrich experiences and energize local life!
With the support of the community and local institutions, the Château de Fayolle project is well underway!
Florence and Grégory's enthusiasm, combined with their expertise, promises to make this place a beacon of culture and tourism in the Dordogne.
In 2024, discover the Château de Fayolle for the very first time with an original storytelling and dramatized tour!
In 2025, a large-scale immersive show featuring volunteer participants supervised by local professional actors will see the light of day.
The aim of this initiative is to make the Château de Fayolle a common, shared heritage. It's an original and unique form of cultural mediation that we'd like to promote in the region, and we can't wait to get started!
